At Xovoc, we offer a 30-day worry-free return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth and satisfactory as possible. Our products are crafted with care and designed for quality, but we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Here’s everything you need to know about our return and exchange process.


Conditions for Return

Incorrect Size:
Xovoc products are designed for a comfortable fit, but we recommend consulting our sizing guide before purchasing. If the size doesn’t meet your needs, you may return the item within 30 days, with return shipping costs borne by the customer.

Manufacturing Defect:
Our products undergo rigorous quality checks, but rare defects may occur. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days, and we’ll resolve it promptly at no additional cost.

Unmet Expectations:
We strive to exceed your expectations, but if the product doesn’t meet your needs, please contact us within 30 days. We’ll assist with the return process, with return shipping costs covered by the customer.

Shipping Damage:
If the product is damaged during shipping or has packaging issues, please notify us within 3 days of receipt for a free replacement. Issues reported after 3 days but within 30 days may incur additional fees.


Return Procedure

  1. Contact customer service with a brief explanation and photos of any issues.
  2. Our team will provide the return address and instructions.
  3. Securely pack the items for return.
  4. Include a note with your order number, email, and item details.
  5. Ship the package and provide the tracking number to service@xovoc.com.

Important Notes

  • Only items authorized for return by customer service will be accepted. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
  • Returned products must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging included, for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked with “Final Sale” or promotional products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Personalized and customized items are also excluded from returns.
  • Personal Preference Returns: Contact customer service within 7 days for returns due to preference. A $7.99 return processing fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Returns more than 30 days after receipt will not be accepted.

Exchange Fees

  • United States: Ship to the provided address and pay $4.99 USD for reshipping.
  • Canada, Australia, Europe, and Other Countries: Ship to the provided address and pay $7.99 USD for reshipping.
